Your lawyer will ensure that all the necessary conditions are included in the agreement prior to the agreement being signed.

You should never make assumptions around those conditions. By way of example: having a pre-approved finance letter from your bank does not negate the need for a financial condition to be included in your Agreement for Sale and Purchase.
